The City of Aurora Hispanic Heritage Advisory Board hosted its Community Breakfast on January 29, 2009 at Aurora’s Long Island Sound. All of the Aurora schools were invited to participate and we were thrilled to see more schools involved. The pre-breakfast activities allowed schools, students and families to get involved in learning about Hispanic Heritage by working on submissions to be considered as award recipients.
